If you have a specific problem that is not addressed by the help, please provide us with enough information to reproduce the problem.
Please quote the version number of your system when requesting support. The version number
is displayed in the Kwik-Pay title bar.
We will need to know the events leading up to the problem, where it occurred and the text of any message.
If you can e-mail a copy of the zip backup file from your Kwik-Pay system, that will help us to quickly find a solution.
